Access issues

1. Verify Your Information: Check your EC/SAP account via FleetHub > Resources > Apps > SAP Success Factors > View My Profile. Ensure the Business Unit field is correct.
2. Incorrect Business Unit: Ask your manager to review your Business Unit.
3. Correct Business Unit: Go to the IT Helpdesk portal, search for 'Totara e-Learning – Report an Issue', choose 'learninganddevelopment', and provide your Business Unit.
